The Resort area encompasses the base of Mammoth Mountain, including the Main Lodge, Canyon Lodge, and Eagle Lodge areas. This is where the action is during ski season, with direct access to the slopes, rental shops, and ski school facilities. Living here means you can literally ski to your door. The area transforms in summer with mountain biking trails and the Panorama Gondola offering scenic rides to the summit.
